‘If you want something said, ask a man, if you want something done ask a woman’
These words do not sideline the man, they cement women's abilities as doers. Woman CAN and women ARE. They are the largest untapped reservoir of talent in the world. However very few communities recognize and celebrate this talent. In 2022 we are still fighting to break the bias in the workplace plus in our day to day lives.
The mandate to support and empower women through mindset reprogramming is one we take very seriously at Female Founders Initiative Middle East and Africa.
Through our platform – women are amplifying their voices, they are finding their true purpose, which is not limited or confined to home economics.
Empowerment includes raising women’s status through education, career, literacy, training, and other aspects of life. Female empowerment is defined as promoting a woman’s self-worth and their ability to do things based on their own choices and their right to influence social change for themselves and others.
“A girl should be two things: who and what she wants” is a quote by Coco Chanel. This shows how female empowerment is a must, and women should feel empowered more and more to do what they wish to accomplish in their life related to career, education, and any other things. Female empowerment is important because it is essential that women are able to do everything, they set their motivations on.
As such we take this opportunity to celebrate 22 women of 2022 on our platform who are owning their power.
