THE RETREAT
Two days to set your vision board and build your plan
A two day business and wellness retreat for women entrepreneurs and business leaders, focused on vision board setting, business planning, personal wellbeing, collaboration and accountability.
Day 0, Thursday 11 February: arrival, airport transfer from OR Tambo and hotel check in
Day 1, Friday 12 February: business and wellness programme in Sandton, 08:00 to 15:00. Dress code: pastel colours
Day 2, Saturday 13 February: safari day outside Johannesburg, 07:00 to 16:00, lunch and drinks included. Dress code: khaki and camouflage
Final Day, Sunday 14 February: hotel check out by 10:00 and airport transfer
Accommodation covers 11 to 14 February ONLY. Any extension is at your own expense.

For your security, our concierge team books everyone into one hotel in Sandton, close to the Day 1 venue. The hotel is shared with valid ticket holders only. Your room for three nights, Thursday 11 to Sunday 14 February, is included in your ticket, so you don't need to book anything.

Getting here
The retreat is in Sandton, Greater Johannesburg, South Africa. Day 2 is a safari outside Johannesburg.
• Fly into OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) on Thursday 11 February. We meet you there and take you to the hotel.
• Day 1 starts at 08:00 on Friday 12 February
• The safari bus leaves Sandton at 07:00 on Saturday 13 February
• Your airport transfer back is on Sunday 14 February, after check out at 10:00
• All times are South Africa Standard Time (SAST)
Included: accommodation and airport transfers. Not included: flights.
Invitation letter for fully paid ticket holders only. A letter does not guarantee a South African visa, and you remain responsible for checking requirements and getting approval.

When should I arrive?
Fly into OR Tambo on Thursday 11 February 2027. We'll meet you and take you to the hotel. Day 1 starts at 08:00 on Friday 12 February.
When do I leave?
Check out is 10:00 on Sunday 14 February, and we take you back to OR Tambo.
Where will I stay?
For security purposes, we will tell valid ticket holders where they are staying. Your accommodation in Sandton is included in your ticket, so there's nothing to book.
Where exactly is the venue?
Day 1 is in Sandton, Greater Johannesburg, and Day 2 is a safari outside Johannesburg. For security purposes, the exact venues are shared only with valid ticket holders.
How do I get to the safari?
A bus leaves Sandton at 07:00 on Saturday 13 February and brings you back by 16:00.
What if the weather affects the safari?
Safaris depend on park rules, vehicle capacity, weather, daylight and wildlife conditions. Game drives may run in staggered groups so everyone gets a place.
What should I wear?
Day 1 in Sandton: pastel colours. Safari day: khaki and camouflage.
Can you help with my visa?
We can only provide an invitation letter, and only once your ticket is fully paid. The letter does not guarantee a South African visa. You remain responsible for checking visa requirements and getting approval.
