Her career spans the full spectrum of human capital strategy, including employee experience design, leadership development, well-being, DEI, performance management, and retention strategy. Currently based in Dubai, Sadia serves as People & Culture Manager at Fawry, working in a hybrid capacity with a strong focus on training, leadership development, and organizational workshops. She is an active member of the Dubai Business Women Council (DBWC) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and continues to operate at the intersection of culture, leadership, and performance, helping organizations grow responsibly through their people.
