Honouring Women Who Lead, Build, and Inspire

50 Under 50 Awards are proudly hosted by Female Founders Initiative Global (FFIG) – a global networking platform committed to spotlighting, supporting, and celebrating women building powerful ventures around the world.

This year, Female Founders Initiative Global brings the spotlight to Dubai, honouring female founders business owners and leaders which are 50 or under the age of 50 who are creating real impact in business, leadership, innovation, and community development.

Eligible Criteria

Identify as female
Be 50 0r under 50 years old at the time of nomination
Be the founder, co-founder, or leader of a business, organization, or initiative
Own at least 51% or more of the business (proof required via company registration or official document)

Finalists Announced: September
Awards Ceremony: October & Venue to be shared to Finalists Only
